Our Principles and How We Defined Them

To succeed as a modern company in the future of work we need defining principles – Start with Connections, Measure what Matters and Grow with Intention.

At Trelliswork, spending some serious time defining our core values was a given. After all, we’re in the business of building a better way for companies to embrace what they really are: Collections of people. People seeking to connect and commit, in their own ways, toward principles that are exciting, engaging, and that help employees and companies grow together.

Our team believes that companies can work better for people. We believe companies can work better as companies. And we believe that companies that invest in greater connection and engagement with their people are, simply put, the companies that succeed.

However, beyond just our awesome Trelliswork team, we’re a small business with a vision we plan to grow into something big. There’s no faking it: Trelliswork principles will only work if they give each of our team members something to grab onto and run with. That makes our company the best it can be. And to make sure that company has the impact we’re shooting for, those principles have to also mean something very real to the companies and people we’re trying to help. This had better resonate with you as much as it does with us.

We’re excited about our principles. And we think you’re going to be excited too. Let’s get into it.

Start with Connections

Help employees stay focused on what matters.

Measure what Matters

Help companies measure what they can’t see.

Grow with Intention.

Give companies and employees a space to co-exist.
