WHERE THEY WERE:
Prism Solutions is a technology agnostic supply chain integrator, founded by operators who have run distribution centers. They had a clear, valuable diagnostic offer and no way to take it to market. A founding team of three can't staff a campaign, and a campaign like this normally means hiring an agency and waiting a full quarter to see it live.
THE MESSAGE:
You can feel where your operation is losing time. Prism Insight proves it, with a ranked, plain English readout in under two weeks.
THE SYSTEM:
We started with the product. Prism's informal assessment became Prism Insight, a branded diagnostic with a scored current state benchmark and a findings report leadership can act on. Then we built the campaign around it.
LinkedIn posts and a three email HubSpot sequence carry the message to Prism's network and to new operations leaders. Both channels point to one Webflow landing page. From there, prospects can request a sample report or ask to discuss an engagement. Every request lands in HubSpot and moves straight into Prism's sales pipeline.

WHY IT MOVED FASTER:
The speed didn't come from skipping steps. Every role a five person agency would staff still got done: strategist, copywriter, designer, web developer, and marketing ops. The difference is that Trelliswork Studio produces the content pieces of the system, including the email sequence, LinkedIn posts and visuals, landing page copy, and the sample report. They arrive on brand and ready for review. A traditional team spends most of its 12 weeks drafting and passing work between specialists. We spend ours on strategy and judgment.
WHAT IT PRODUCED:
Four weeks after design started, the system was live in market and the first inbound lead came in. Prism gets the capability of a big box agency without the big box budget, and got to market two months sooner. The system is built once and runs again. For a new segment, offer, or event, Prism swaps the inputs and relaunches without starting over.
